Agree there is a 3 way battle for 3rd we have San Marco, Blue Eagles Croatia then Raptors , The only way 3 teams will go up is if a team above pulls out either in 2nd or 1st division

Great win for the boys considering so many injured. Some good plays to create the goals. Downs drawing there ganna be choken soon! . But id rather then than Parafield i think every1 else in the league thinks that 2

raptors wont go up cause of to many injuries,,,and they are a team without premier league or state league players,,,,80% of the players are players straight out of highschool soccer so ,,they they dont have that culture required to succed in higher divs

If Royal Park drop out of the league then that could open up another spot 4 a div 2 team in div 1

Would be more like a Div 3 Team for Div 2 as Royal Park are going down anyway

Spoke to afew Royal Park boys on Sunday and going by what they
said things dont really look to good for next year. Anyway hope they
survive. So theres a real chance that 3 teams will get promoted from Div3.

firstly the abuse the raptors linesman copped was unjust, the ref always has the final say if it was offside or not, u get home side refs cheating every week and if its obvious cheating the refs rarely give any of the calls.

jim's history shows how fair he is( just check out the "thank you raptors ref" topic). i'd like to know where he has cheated in the past...i can only remember times he's gone against his side to avoid the opposition labelling him or his club.( jim is the Raptors soul for over 10 years so dont be to one-eyed.

overall the raptors outplayed croatia in my eyes and shouldve scored 3-4. ur forgetting croatia's goal was a lob from 30 metres, so lets not revert to calling individuals cheats when you lose and were clearly outplayed.

as for promotion anything can happen if you have your best players avaliable and a bit of luck along the way...Pontians are clearly one of the best amature sides in all comps this year, and TTG won the champions of champions trophy last year.. they r quality sides..far better than div 3 last year...we have improved as a club both on and most def off the park thats what counts for us.

well done chris , i think i can say this year has probably been the first year where there hasnt been any OBVIOUS cheating be it As or Bs (refs or linesmen) and also have not had any trouble with opposition teams. SO FAR all have been great lads off/on the park. by the way it sounds in the divisions above..... thats another story!
