Dan Agger wrote:Benayoun was sensational when he came on. Easily deserves a spot in the starting XI over Kuyt (who once again did nothing).
Gerrard was great all game. Showed a lot of skill and determination. One of our best players.
Aurelio was very good. Best game I've seen him play for us in a long time.
Arbeloa was up and down that right flank all game, played very well also.
Alonso was great again.
Carragher and Skrtel were solid at the back.
Mascherano had a decent game. Not great, just decent.
Riera, despite what the commentators were saying about his performance, played quite well.
Reina was largely untested, but I absolutely love it when he gets involved in the celebrations like he did.

Torres was relatively quiet for majority of the game, but the ability to change a game in just a few seconds is one of the reasons he's considered among the best strikers in the world. FERNAAANNNDDDOOO TORRREEESSSS, Liverpool's number 9. :D :D

I agree Kuyt was poor, just as poor as Riera. Benayoun was excellent off the bench. You can see why Babbel doesnt start, he has the touch of a mule. Gerrard was immense besides his dive. Torres, what can i say? :D

Babbel doesn't start because he no longer plays for us

And there is only one thing you can say about Fernando Torres...HE GETS THE BALL HE SCORES AGAIN :D :D

Looking forward to Old Trafford - plenty to do in the meantime, like try and BEAT one of the bloody lower teams instead if sharing a point so bloody often!
Nevertheless - will take a 2-zip win over Chelski any day. :D
