Cheating is cheating regardless.
No country who has never qualified for the world cup should be allowed to host it at the expense of one who has.

Yes what Atherton did was not as bad Smith & Co, but the ECB punishment was weak , even if they had given two or three tests it would have sent a clear message.Bomber wrote:Go easy on hawkesy - its ok to cheat a little bit, just not a lot.

Because That's the punishment they decided on. Apparently cheating is cheating, doesn't matter what sport.
