Re: NEW SAASL Registration Process
here are the steps i have been following.
1. transfer any players you need as these take 5 days to show up (repeat step 2 after they show up)
2. login go to play list - filter by NO ROLE
3. populate e-mails for all existing/renewing players
4. go here and click your club link then follow the prompts - http://www.saasl.com.au/content.aspx?file=66506|44723l
5. first/last name and email is good enough to find just put anything in the email
6. for new players its pretty straight forward, jot down ID after you have paid then email saasl ID & photo

Re: NEW SAASL Registration Process
As an admin for our club how do we find previous players to add an email to their name so that when they go through the SAASL link to register it allows them to continue the process instead of saying contact club to add email address?
Any help would be sincerely appreciated...

select NO ROLE as all player roles have been wiped so 2016 players are not auto registered for 2017, then you should see the last couple of years player names.

Thank you for that help, really made our life better by being able to finally find the names.
Re: NEW SAASL Registration Process
Does anyone know if or how you can find a list (as an Club admin) of who in your Club has actually paid the SAASL from the Web portal ?
Also, many of our lads seem to be generating a new player ID number (different to their number last year) and I'm seeing duplicate players on our player list !

Re: NEW SAASL Registration Process
when they are registered, they will show up under the player role filter.
Re: NEW SAASL Registration Process
I really think there needs to be an option for re-registration where the Club Admin can tick re-registering players onto the list and bulk pay the registration fee for those players.
This new process for me personally has dragged the whole process out and created confusion..and stress.

You have to declare how much you pay your players.bloodypassit wrote:click on " Players "swannsong wrote:Does anyone know if or how you can find a list (as an Club admin) of who in your Club has actually paid the SAASL from the Web portal ?

Re: NEW SAASL Registration Process
But don't you still have to make single payments for each player ?Gristy wrote:one tree hill had done theres this way, by setting all players e-mails to the club address.swannsong wrote:I really think there needs to be an option for re-registration where the Club Admin can tick re-registering players onto the list and bulk pay the registration fee for those players.

Re: NEW SAASL Registration Process
The OTH guys need to call the league and check this.
At the meeting last week, Alex and Bill explained that this process will not see the players actually registered. They are only processing the self-registered ones.
As much as I'd love you guys to drop points, don't want to see you lose them in this way.

This is why you should never buy imitations. Why not use the trusted myfootballclub program?

Q. To the experience folk, with an understanding of the new SAASL computer system
If a player has a suspension from last year ie yellow card accumulation/red card to be served this season, is that suspension implemented at rd 1 or from when the player is re-registered online ie during the week of rd 3??

Re: NEW SAASL Registration Process
The first round back after he has registered, or at the leagues discretion. I remember collecting a one match ban last game of 2014 and missed round 1 2015 only to be told by the league that my suspension was in fact due for round 2 of 2015 even though I had registered with the league during our pre season.haywood djablowme wrote:Q.
