Yes, throwing the ball out to your kicker is exactly the same as drugs. That's a clutch, even for you.

Hard to be found "not guilty" when the final hearing hasn't taken place.

Switzerland, isn't it? Locally all clear. If there was evidence, you'd think it would be found by now. Just a witch hunt now.

cheating as defined by Oxford Dictionary;

Act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage:
Gain an advantage over or deprive of something by using unfair or deceitful methods; defraud:

so yes, they still cheated!

I thought it was bad when someone retired mid series but less than a week out

I await the excuses.

Swann retired when the series was dead, not mid tour with the series undecided.

Anything wrong with him physically? And Trott? Wonder what colour their couches were.

Retired mid series - oh I see it's OK when it's a convict. No hypocrisy there.

Mid series? Hasn't started yet when I last looked. At least no crying "I wanna go home cos those nasty Aussies are swearing at me and getting me out (or smashing me around the ground)". Black/white.

You are correct, I should have said mid tour. You area also correct, it's even worse. Retiring before a ball is bowled.

Didn't realise how deep that last 5-0 still cuts you up. Talk about straws.

Nice try at deflecting.

Quitting mid tour - I seem to remember people being slated for doing that recently.

Deflect nothing - one injured, knees fucked, the others psychologically smashed as result of being outplayed and "bullied".

So they all retired mid tour. Yet, it's OK if the player is Australian.

Ours didn't walk as a result of getting "beaten up". Yours did. Clear as day the difference, but continue your whinge.

Facts are, he's pulled out mid tour. Something you claimed was wrong 18 months ago but seems to be OK now.

Still got the blinkers on I see. I'd hate to have you as my lawyer the way you see things in such black and white terms.

England - players quit because they were scared
Australia - player pulls out 'cos he can hardly walk let alone run

Simple

Convict quits because he wasn't getting a game and had a cry
England player quits because he wasn't getting picked and wanted Christmas with his family/needed medical attention.

So funny how you believe everything a criminal says but nothing the other way round.

Quit mid tour, end of the story really.

As I said, black/white - thankfully you're not a lawyer.

You see no difference to :
1. Retired mid-series because getting smashed
2. Went home early due to mental stress (otherwise known as getting out early to the nasty bully boys)
3. Injured, irreparable so had little choice but to retire?

Even your lot are saying Harris was the bigger danger than Johnson. You should be counting your blessings!

Yes, and whilst we were laughing at why some of the the poms couldn't wait to go home early, you're just grateful one of ours now has no choice and who will be spewing he can't play. But nah, no difference there hey.......

1. You are the choosing the story about why they retired

2. You weren't happy that a batsmen as great as Trott or the best spinner in the world was going home.

3. Retiring mid tour - ahh the hypocrisy.

Looking at the weather forecast looks like some early rain (should not affect play though) but some cloud cover around.

Fair bit of rain set for day 5.

I think we'll have a bowl thanks.
