Seems like nothing has changed for season 2011, however the cage has been well & truly rattled so potentially some changes for season 2012.

Keep it related to junior development.
Technical ability at the junior level must improve, standardised (best practice) training sessions for the "volunteer" coaches...provided by FFSA on dvd for all clubs...
Throw the cash at the juniors....
