When I was at the Farm I personally never had an issue with Eddie at the Vale or
Louis from Florina and his replacement 'Cannonball', they all reffed each of our games fairly
and honestly which is all we ask for.
I had more of an issue with our home ref to be honest!

Its all a matter of respect, if you go into a game bagging the club ref on here
or from the sidelines, you are not going to get the best performance out of him are you?
These blokes do the job to keep the game's being played, I never bagged a ref
when I was playing nor when I was coaching, I usually left it to Leggy to do that
I never allowed my players to abuse a ref neither (as much as I could control them on the park)

Seriously, give them some respect and allow them to ref the game rather than abusing them
and giving them the option of influencing the outcome.

A ref can influence a game but not as much as good football, respectfull players and
strikers who score.

farms club ref in the b's yesterday sent a farm player off for a second yellow early in the 2nd half, I thought
a word in his ear would've been better but he didnt get abuse for it, he gave it and it was there.
Overall he did a good job but more importantly an honest job.
The young boys said unto him....."go up baldhead, go up"......so he did, rose like a salmon and nodded the ball into the net......1 nil! :-)

The thing is opposition is always going to see what didn't go for them and not the other way. Louie actually gets alot of flack from his own club and players for what we don't get from him too but opposition is not going to argue that and this goes across the board for all teams.
Garden's B's V Florina yesterday was 2-2 with about 5 min to go and awarded Parafield Gardens a penalty to which they converted and won 3-2 in the end. Our player went to ground and some say he didn't foul the player i didn't see but it was given and we are second to bottom so if he was such a cheat why didn't he see it our way.

If he's the guy who did the game against West Beach a few weeks ago he copped a lot of flack from his own linesman who objected to having his decision overruled by the referee, threw his flag down, stormed off and continued hurling abuse from the sidelines. I didn't think he did that bad a job.
