Not that many Sunday clubs have a junior set up. What they have though is that a lot of the clubs have been around longer so former players come down to watch.

Downs Seniors and Juniors run seperate bank accounts, Gardens have about 5 different clubs that run out of their clubrooms, East juniors and seniors have seperate accounts I believe. Farm and Grove I think run as completely seperate clubs from their E&D conterparts.

The crowd numbers I put down to the fact that with Federation games on Saturdays, more people go watch that than SAASL. You also have junior sports to compete against, SANFL and SAAFL games plus work committments. Sunday doesn't have much competition on a Sunday afternoon apart for the odd AFL game.

They can, but I doubt it would sink in.
At some clubs I believe player payments are separate from the club itself, member sponsorships, out of coach's payments....

Do all first team players get paid in Sunday comp or does it vary from club to club.

Only speak of Div 1.. I would say 'most players' recieve some sought of payment/sponsorship/beer tokens etc etc

Given Vista09's connections and jackdogs family ties I would imagine that one or the other would have been told through the clubs coaching staff. I can only assume that David will play at either Argana or Richardson based on the fact that he has connections with several players at both clubs. Interesting that Ingle Farm did not approach him about playing at Walkley?? or perhaps they have

Is there any substance to the rumour that the English guys from Pontians are going to Adelaide Villa?

I heard a couple where out at Port Lion but also heard at Adelaide Villa. They prefer to play on Saturdays was the reason I was told.

Sad if true for Pontians. They had improved out of sight last year both on and off the field. Great food there also.

Something was said last night. I think he has to return home for personal reasons. He might be back.
