I was marking Jai first half then in the second I was more or less on whoever was near me since there were so many of you.
I got hacked against Bridge last week and wouldnt have played you boys if we had more than 12 fit players...
Incase you havnt figured me out yet I was #11 the captain and we'll at least try to do Iggies so it is a "grand final" on the final day....

I hope we dont... Ill post it on here as soon as Ifind out the result, seeing as in i wont be making the trip up there.acu_falcon wrote:Thats right, ACU changerooms roof lifted off when we heard that result.

Murray 2-0 within 30mins Pumas leveled the scores before halftime. Murray went 3-2 up before Pumas equalised again.
Nobody from my club has agreed to any replay.acu_falcon wrote:Sat Div 4
ACU Falcons v Old Ignatians (2)
Both games called off due to water logged pitch.
Seniors to be replayed on Wednesday September 2nd @ 7:30 Fulham
Reserves to be replayed TBA
I believe the Falcons contacted SAASL while we were there and were told it would be on wednesday. Mark technically agreed but it was left that they should contact yourself to confirm details.Kitchimo wrote:Nobody from my club has agreed to any replay.acu_falcon wrote:Sat Div 4

I don't think we'd have a problem with it on Wednesday, but will the pitch recover by then if the forecast rain continues?God is an Englishman wrote:I believe the Falcons contacted SAASL while we were there and were told it would be on wednesday. I was suprised to see it put on here as official, because surely we need to ensure player availability. eg. I am never available on Wednesdays.

Murray Bridge v Pumas 1-1 (3-3)
ACU Falcons v OISC pp
Strathalbyn v Simba of Congo ?? (??)
Torrens Valley v Adelaide Uni (3) ??
Won't bother updating the table until other results are available. If Simba didn't win, then Pumas wrap up the A grade title. If Simba did win, Pumas will win it next week against Torrens Valley. Also, a Simba win means it is unlikely for ACU or Bridge to catch them. HOWEVER, if Gleeson fold, SA Bullets get booted etc etc etc then the 3rd/4th spots in this league are very important!
In the Reserves, Pumas draw handed the ascendancy to OISC. It's their title to lose now.
The key word is 'unlikely'.Flud wrote:Kitchimo wrote:Results Rd 19, 29 August 2009

I may be miscalculating but I don't think a Simba win will tie up 2nd for them.. we (Bridge) may be 5 points behind BUT we have a game in hand (torrens Valley) PLUS we play simba.. I make it that if we win our last 3 games we finish second....have i messed up the sums?
If Simba lost yesterday its all over for 1st.Flud wrote:Kitchimo wrote:Results Rd 19, 29 August 2009

Well as of Saturday my understanding was a replay on Wednesday night at Fulham and Claude spent all Sunday trying to reach you but couldnt, hence was done through Mark.Kitchimo wrote:ACU Falcons v OISC (2) will be played at Grange on Wednesday night at 7:30pm (first team only).
In the end the concerns held by both clubs about the ground at Fulham were confirmed by the match referee.
I'm sorry but that makes no sense.acu_falcon wrote:Well as of Saturday my understanding was a replay on Wednesday night at Fulham and Claude spent all Sunday trying to reach you but couldnt, hence was done through Mark.Kitchimo wrote:ACU Falcons v OISC (2) will be played at Grange on Wednesday night at 7:30pm (first team only).

Apologies for any confusion
In addition we just got an email confirming the changes from what we were told on Saturday
Well after you guys left on Saturday we had a meeting where the team was told there was a game on Wednesday night set in stone.God is an Englishman wrote:I'm sorry but that makes no sense.acu_falcon wrote:Well as of Saturday my understanding was a replay on Wednesday night at Fulham and Claude spent all Sunday trying to reach you but couldnt, hence was done through Mark.Kitchimo wrote:ACU Falcons v OISC (2) will be played at Grange on Wednesday night at 7:30pm (first team only).
