Re: FFFFFUUUUUUUUU
yeah it would be ridiculous to entertain DAM with replies any more. his idol represents everything he tries to stand against, like most people in this backwards world, they blindly and angrily defend their idols and laugh at others who are really very similar.
this is what happens when u let old men loose on the internet. they find little corners of it like nice wholesome australian football forums and ruin it with hypocritical and old age thinking, blind love for those idols they know nothing about outside what they have been carefully spoon fed....
oh but it was OK for MY idol to cheat because it was justice!!!!!l

I don't think I've ever backed up or agreed with a post from D.A.M, but as a fellow glory hunting piece of cabernet 'manc' I try to help out where I can... I must admit he doesn't make it easy.LFTWNG11 wrote:You know how I know you're trolling? Because you are backing up D.A.M... you are not that stupid

Re: FFFFFUUUUUUUUU
my 2c:
I love maradona, he is my favourite player of all time
do i condone what he did against england..well kind of, he did what he had to do-same as Suarez playing keeper against Ghana and same as the Grosso dive/foul on Neill in 06.
First two cases are blatant examples of the rules being broken to an advantage, the last a not so clear cut example but it still fell to Grosso/Italy's advantage.
Whilst I do not necessarily like when players do this (incredibly frustrating when playing) its all part of the game and it shows that the players were willing to do anything for their team. Professional fouls fall under the same category as well.

Re: FFFFFUUUUUUUUU
The argument here, isn't whether what Suarez/Maradona did was moral, in the spirit of the game etc etc... Who cares about that, they do what they have to do to win, they are paid professionals. Every serious team in World Football, club or country will take advantage, bend rules etc etc to win. Every single one. People who don't realise this are simply naive and believe in the tooth fairy.Art Vanderlay wrote:my 2c:

The argument here is that D.A.M is a fucking little bitch, which has been proven the case. I would hope for his sake his posts in this thread are trolling, but it is more than likely he actaully believes the hypocrital bullshit that he posts, which is a baffling thought until you meet the guy in person and realise he can't even see over his steering wheel let alone see how fucking stupid he is.

Professional fouls prevent an opportunity... Suarez's action prevented a certain goal. I don't think they can be judged the same.Art Vanderlay wrote:Professional fouls fall under the same category as well.
The simple "but for" test applies.

Everything you've accused him of he's been punished to the max extent for.
Is that not justice?

I'm no Liverpool fan but I think Suarez is quality. And I defend his actions v Ghana, if they really do need defending when you think about it.

Our last league title was the same campaign as yours which was your second along with ya Uefa Cup Win.. So since then Napoli have won ?...? What compared to our FA Cups / Uefa Cup / Champions League Win. Before ya go fishing check ya bait.
Some would say Napoli's chance is over before the season kicks off let alone by December as you only won titles when you had Maradona and well players like him come around once in a lifetime.There's hope for you yet

The scary thing is I thought D.A.M was around 20.
After my post previously, yet another in this thread putting D.A.M on a platter, all he can reply with is emoticons. The intellect shown by you is of 'barca' and 'FiFa2011', who I am quite sure are under 10..
El Capitano has some common sense and uses (slightly one eyed) logic in his statements - at least.

Brick Top: Well, where'd you lose him? He ain't a set of fucking car keys now, is he? And it ain't as if he's incon-fucking-spicuous now, is it?

Re: FFFFFUUUUUUUUU
Having been off lne for 2 weeks, I start to read this, got to page 2 and before I read any more, I have to ask...does the thread get better?
Drawing with Swansea is no bad thing BTW, I remember October 1981, the great man had just died and we drew 2-2. That season we were mid table (11th?) on Boxing Day, having lost 3-1 at home to Man City....the rest they say is history.
I am not saying we will do anything like we did then, but I am not yet bothered about where we will end up.

It wasn't simply the Swansea result that inspired this thread as well. I'm aware that at this stage anything can happen, but picking up two points from a possible six against promoted teams at Anfield is frustrating to say the least.

Re: FFFFFUUUUUUUUU
The annoying thing is that regardless of how we have played against these teams, we still create enough chances to win easily yet their keepers makes freak saves. What's its going to take to put that extra goal in?BowTiesAreCool wrote:It really doesn't, it's just DAM getting embarrassed time and time again.e-football wrote:Having been off lne for 2 weeks, I start to read this, got to page 2 and before I read any more, I have to ask...does the thread get better?

Re: FFFFFUUUUUUUUU
Oh yes, I know he won't answer, but I just remembered something. We've seen Maradona score with his hand, but he also did the exact same thing as Suarez when Argentina faced USSR in Italia '90. He stopped a certain goal, but unlike Suarez, got away with it.
Re: FFFFFUUUUUUUUU
I am resurrecting this topic for two reasons;
1. To hopefully see DAM / El Diez / whatever be embarrassed again.
2. To see your thoughts on this;
