The Liverpool kit has even angered its own fans. Tut tut.

pre-ordered the new kit last night from LFC for me and my brother
got my strip today
the warrior strips are a helluva lot cheaper than the adidas ones
was in bailetti's on friday and the home strip was $100 compared to the usual $130-$140 for adidas

i've got the home kit and it's beautiful. very comftorable, very light, very simplistic with a great shade of red. can't see how any supporter could possibly complain about it. the away kit, okay the neck is weird but it's an away kit not something you're picking up to wear on friday nights
Umbro, the UK-based football brand is to be divested by its parent company Nike.
Umbro was bought by Nike in 2008 and almost immediately rebranded with the Tailored By range. Cited as inspirational in the football kit evolution towards more understated designs from the rest of the "big four" (Puma, adidas and Nike), Tailored By was lauded by sports fashion commentators and quickly built up Umbro's credibility, which had been lagging in previous years.
However, despite increased expenditure and high-profile marketing campaigns - including England shirt launches employing stars of other sports and music - revenue in 2011 was lower than back in 2006 and ongoing losses have led Nike to the conclusion that they should focus on the core brand and other better performing areas such as Jordan and Converse.
What the future holds for Umbro may be a sale to another manufacturer, such as adidas, or it may be that Umbro can somehow return to being self-sufficient - in line with reduced funding from Nike. Other scenarios are worryingly bleaker.

yeah, you're right about the home kit.
probably the most comfortable strip that I've had for a while, nice and light and not tight at all.
I think someone said that its probably due to the fact that US made apparel is slightly larger than the european cuts
This is the new Melbourne Heart jersey 2012/2013, Australian club Melbourne Heart’s new home strip for the 12/13 Hyundai A-League season. Heart’s new Kappa jersey design was first revealed by the club on their Facebook page on June 8, 2012.
Heart have previously had kits made by Reebok and ISC. This 2012/13 Heart soccer jersey is the first to be made by Kappa for the club.
This new Heart Kappa kit has Westpac as front of the shirt sponsors and PKF as back of the jersey sponsors, as can be seen from the pic above.
The players will wear the shirt in the first picture, without the stars. The stars shirt is there for fans to purchase - apparently Nike were unhappy as many were already produced with the stars before the late decision to take them off the shirt and leave the slogan.
