Doesn't matter on the FFSA side, but on SAASL side it does, SAASL still following FIFA requirements.
Professional contracts aren't recognised though in the SAASL.
There are no professional contracts exclusively within the SAASL, as an amateur registered player can not be on a professional contract, however if a player was on a professional contract outside of the league, the SAASL still recognises it, as was told to me.

Sort of he gave a penalty for a foul outside the box then told our player arguing the point to shut the F*#k up and that it was payback for them loosing at our ground. He then apologized at half time and said he didn't mean it what he had said.

i can confirm this was said after a dodgy penalty descision was given in favour of macos... plus he dished out cards when he didn't know what the player was saying

plus the linesman/linesmen (both of them) cheated blatantly by calling every through ball all afternoon offside, when 90% were on side

We have tried to make an effort this year by showing hospitality to visiting clubs but putting some food on for them and hoping that they do come in for a drink afterwards. We are not a big club nor have a long history like many other clubs in Div 1 so we are trying to build a culture and a respect that other Div 1 clubs have for each other. I walked in after the game and saw 20+ of your lads and supporters in the clubrooms and thought great, then one of our committee members mentioned, "yeh this is great but they are drinking their own beer in the clubrooms". I was like no way, no chance they are eating the food and having a few beers, (think I was a bit naive) cause at that point he indicated to the beer bottles that were on the tables in front of the Vale guys of beer brands that we dont sell at the club  I sort of shut up after that.
Look no biggy, we were happy you guys came in and we know it's small steps for us to get to a strong position like many of the other Div 1 clubs.

even if you blokes arent too worried about it I hope our club mentions it to the lads... The Vale does have a long history and Im sure this isnt the kind of thing they want to be known for. Good luck to Vikings for the rest of the season...

and on a side note - The blokes in your Cs are a great group, try and keep a hold of them, they will give your club a good name!

Why is it when your linesman makes a decision it is correct, yet when ours do they are cheating, I think the problem with your players was that their legs were much faster than their brains, fit players most clubs can only dream of having but they must wait for the ball to be kicked before running. We did not cheat, we may have made mistakes, we are human after all !!!!

yeah they were all mistakes haha ok whatever mate we know what your lot are like down at macos, had it every time i have played their, linesman flagged everytime we put a ball through, even when the player was infront of your sweeper, was blatant cheating, and if you remember in the second half we questioned our linesman too..

Have a cry why don't you, your ref put a report into the saasl that our player kicked him in the back of the leg, was thrown out by the saasl as it was a blatant lie, and this man is an accredited ref AND WE DID NOT COME ON THE FORUM CALLING HIM A CHEAT!

agreed! One guy scored 4 times against us Sunday and he was brilliant (not saying our Cs are the greatest measuring stick   ) but the guy could have walked into their A's!

considering they havent dropped a point yet this season there wasnt an ounce of arrogance on the pitch which is great to see!

if you look at the maco's form at home in the reserves they have only lost once narrowly by east and they are p i s h away, suming dodgey there, he was terrible when we were there and cost us the game.

i knew it would happen but it was just worse than i thought it would be, its ok, we ground out a point with 10 men so just goes to show cheating doesn't work against good sides

i was looking after the B grade at your ground first round and i can confirm that your coach apologised for the blatant cheating your referee was doing with crappy penalty decisions and was standing right behind your linesman in the A game watching the questionable flag raises so go whinge to someone who actually gives a toss

well vista b's must only be good at long balls then, cause apart from the free header late on, i touched the ball twice, n did not have to make a save. so if a cheating ref supposedly, & linesman made u offside all the time etc, did he effect ya whole game plan as well? that penalty was karma for the 2 penalties from ur home game. as 4 the send off, i tried helping ur bloke stay on the park, n looked wat happened. i admit the gully boys would feel jipped, but vista have got nothing to bit ch about with there ref back at there home park

Obviously you are of the opinion that two wrongs make a right? Regardless of what their gameplan was if a linesman calls everything offside you have no way of playing the ball to your strikers in the attacking half (defeating the purpose of having strikers at all). It is a little sad that your ref admits to cheating and you cannot see where that is wrong?

sorry outlaw, its hard to get
my point across on my phone. 2 wrongs dnt make a ryt, im saying after the game it looked like things were evened up. also when we have a full strength team unlike we have the last 2 away trips, we are good enough to beat any team n play a very good offside trap led by our sweeper. i can't really tell from my position but it looked like we were playing it well. as 4 our ref supposedly saying that, i can't comment because its the 1st i have heard of it today. i got booked 4 tryin to help the vista lad that got sent off so yea dunno really
