LOL
Rooney in an UCL final? The same mercenary Rooney who threatened to walk out of Man U last year then got a fat contract and confirmed his loyalty.
Comparing a UCL final to World Cup quarter-final? Pfft get real.
Although UCL IMHO is the premier football competition in terms of standard. Players to clubs are mercenary employees carrying largely band wagoners (on a UCL club’s scale). Players to nations are citizens carrying the populaces. There’s a massive massive mitigating factor right there.
If Ghana slotted the penalty we wouldn’t hear jack about this. Suppose that’s Suarez’ fault too?
Also, who did Suarez spit on??... Curious to know.

No I didn't. I was speaking in general terms to El Capitano, saying that if he were playing for ManU in the UCL final, he would catch the ball with his fkn hands on the goal line. No doubt about it, if he cared about his club like he pertains to.
Anyway, answer my question D.A.M. Why don't you berate Rooney when he dives or when he kicks players for absolutely no reason or when he abuses refs? The answer is a simple one.
Re: FFFFFUUUUUUUUU
Oh how stupid is this comment? Please show me where Suarez "caught the ball? And then you berate a player for doing it in a WC Quarter Final with the weight of his country on his shoulders, yet for players who do it playing for their club in a normal EPL match getting paid 100,000 quid a match, its ok? I think the word HYPOCRITE comes to mind.D.A.M wrote: WOW, thanx for the history lesson!

Ahh k, you want to play hypotheticals like that hey. Well, if the linesman correctly flagged for the offside then Ghana wouldn’t have even had a shot on goal!
Yes that’s right, since we’re being so petty, technically play should have stopped as soon as the free kick was bent in. See what I mean…
Oh and I take it you googled Suarez spitting and didn’t come with anything….bet you even surprised yourself there, you probs heard a commentator say something about and took it for gospel ;)
Gerrard vs Rooney situation is vastly different, Gerrard turned down more money at Chelsea to stay at Liverpool. It’s lame you’d even try to compare them.
Anyway, the point I was making was that you can’t compare actions of an overpaid mercenary vs someone playing for their country.
The same way some Italians went gaga for Grosso falling over Neill in WC06, by your loose definition that was cheating. Bet you think he’s such a scumbag, oh wait…..

Suarez was easily the best known diver at the recent World Cup.
He even gloats about his deliberate hand ball save and stupidly reckons a mysterious goddy thing helped him do it.
Here is what this pathetic idiot said afterwards
"The Hand of God now belongs to me. Mine is the real Hand Of God. I made the best save of the tournament. Sometimes in training I play as a goalkeeper so it was worth it. There was no alternative but for me to do that and when they missed the penalty I thought 'It is a miracle and we are alive in the tournament'.
"Now we are in the semi-finals although I was very sad because no one likes to be sent off. The celebration afterwards was impressive, but very quiet because nobody gave us a chance but, with courage, we move forward
yeah, he is a legend for bein a massive twat!

LUIS SUAREZ? 10 reasons why LFC should not sign this massive *CHEAT*
Luis Suarez at Anfield? The very idea fills me an overwhelming feeling of nausea. The story is probably made up media BS but I want to offer a few reasons why Liverpool should NOT sign brazen, unapologetic cheats like Suarez.
10 reasons why Liverpool should not buy Luis Suarez.
1. He's a CHEAT.
2. He's an unapologetic CHEAT.
3. He's a very deliberate CHEAT.
4. He has no concept of sportsmanship because he's a CHEAT
5. As proven at the World Cup, Whatever the level of football, whatever the consequences, he will CHEAT.
6. As long as his team gains an advantage, he will CHEAT.
7. He has the poisonous mindset of a CHEAT.
8. Once an CHEAT, always a CHEAT.
9. Has no feeling for the integrity of the game because he's a CHEAT.
10. Did I mention he's a CHEAT?!
Suarez's gloating comments about his deliberate handball at the World Cup tell us everything we need to know about him:
"The Hand of God now belongs to me. Mine is the real Hand Of God. I made the best save of the tournament. Sometimes in training I play as a goalkeeper so it was worth it. This kind of cancerous mindset represents everything that's wrong with modern football. What makes it worse is enabling fans who justify cheating, and come up with excuses to condone it.
