ABE Italy tour (youth)

There are still a few places left on the planned youth tour to Italy organised by Adelaide Blue Eagles.

Tour dates: Saturday 26th November and Sunday 18th December.

This will include playing matches against AS Roma, Empoli FC, Chievo Verona and Vicenza among other teams. The aim of the tour is to expose young players to different levels of football professionalism which it is hoped will have a positive effect on them as players for the future.

There is an information meeting at 6.00 pm on Monday 26th September at the Marden clubrooms, (Lower Portrush Road) for those that are interested which will be followed by a training session. The cost of the trip is $6,250 for players, which is all inclusive (including meals).

Additional players are required, preferably born between 1994 and 1996 (but will consider 1997 or 1993) to travel with the group, specifically a central defender, midfielder and 2 strikers. People can ring Paul Giordano direct on 0438 846 163 or e-mail
