Stirling 2-0 OISC in both the As and Bs.
Two tough losses.
Referee decided to 'experiment' today by allowing the club linesmen to run with their own forwards. Naturally, Stirling's second goal was a line-ball decision and caused some angst.

Does it really matter? Dodgy linesmen can create havoc doing either forwards or defence if they really want to.2011 Sat Premier wrote:Stirling 2-0 OISC in both the As and Bs.

Not particularly, I thought it was onside. However, I would have thought it would be safer for the referee to remove the perception of bias.

Makes no sense you can get many linesmen who flag every time the ball goes in their half bias is bias and can effect the game whether attacking or defending2011 Sat Premier wrote:Not particularly, I thought it was onside. Hahndorf A 1 -2 Hawks.
Fantastic game for the spectator and all square 0-0 before a Hahndorf sending off for a 2nd yellow early in the 2nd half. Both teams went for it and it didn't feel like a dead rubber.
Congrats to Hawks this season for the promotion and hope they can cement their position in prem for many years. Hahndorf have learned some big lessons this year and should be in a better position next year.
Roll on April 2012.

Iggies will be very disappointed with their No.5 , who was sent off in the 65th min , when the score was 0 - 1 and they were much the better team......No doubt the coach gave him a bollocking after the game !

Rez 0-1 some fat bloke fell over and scored.

I only found out who you were when someone called your name in the A's...I left after half time.
I think you reffed us in the first half of the B's, I was the one that lost the toss
