Training - 1 night per week or 2?

Post by Retief »

I am trying to organise a survey of how much training, clubs do during the season. We have 90 minutes each week, which strikes me as inadequate. If you could reply, just Div number and whether Sat or Sun would suffice

Thanks

Remember its not just Team training during the week, a number of players also include gym work outside of team training.

Team training is exactly that..training as a team...strangely it is often more enjoyable when more than 6 or 7 turn up :?
