just heard BESA have reformed with some of Asteras for next season called " Wingfield Royals" already been accepted by the league with no issues at all. playing at Ottoway at BESAs old ground. anyone care to confirm or deny? if true this is a fucking joke. why bother banning these cunts in the first place.

Dont you understand. They are already back in the league as they have already taken over Astewras. Steras was unfinacial and was told last month by the league that they can not play. They where bailed out by BESA on the agreament that they take over the club. They dont have to apply as it is a current club.

name changes and ground changes need to be approved, every club re-applies every year, hence why clubs can change from sun to sat and so forth, i think they will have a good look at this as besa were on their last legs this time, much like maiwand, i think the saasl made it clear that besa are no longer welcome in any form anymore

As far as I knew you must inform the league of the obvious ones, treasurer, chairman etc etc. But they are not the ones throwing punches on a Sunday and probably don't have the facilities to screen players for selection.

You'll never PROVE who was involved unless it's in court.
I think SAASL should change their rules specifically to allow them to ban any committee members and any players on the team sheet when the incident happened. That will encourage the teammates of idiots to keep them in check.
