A

Fulham 3 - Farm 4

A game of 2 halves and in the end a draw would have been a fair result but Fulham couldn't quite get that equaliser.

Super goal from kamikaze being the highlight of the match - would have been a gd game for a netural to watch.

Fulham still have it in there own hands and if they play like the 2nd half will stay up.

B

Fulham 2 - Farm 5

Defensive lapses cost Fulham in this game with only pride to play for as both teams were out of the title running.

C

Fulham 3 - Farm 0

Not the most polished performance but the result was never in doubt.

Sunday Division 3

San Marco 0 v 2 Adelaide Blue Eagles - A's
San Marco 2 v 1 Adelaide Blue Eagles - B's Worst cheating i have ever seen in my life. Blue Eagles 2 goals disallowed, San Marco's goal to make it 1-1 was 5 meters offside. Eagles reduced to 9 men. Cheating gits.

On a brighter note though Adelaide Blue Eagles have secured promotion to Sunday Division 2. 3 games to go, 1 more win and the title is clinched as well.

C'mon the Blue Eagles.

No mate, this muppet was dreadful. I was hoping it was the guy you were talking about prior to the game, but unfortunately it wasn't the case. I had a number of players apologise to me after the game for him. He was as bad as Eddie in his day.

Should be used to it playing ressies though I guess.
Had that happen to us to a few years back when they cheated us out of a Div 8 title.

I suppose Karman Ghia will expand in his non-biased summary eventually.

Well done to Gardens ressies, a solid team.
Bruno did his best today and we thank him for coming out every home game and trying to officiate the game the best he can. I thought the send off was there, the goal that was disallowed wasa questionable one. Keeper was about to throw it out and the striker somehow headered it out of his hands. I thought it was fair but hard to give I suppose. You always gonna cope it from opposing teams when you take the chance of them winning the title of them. Gardens were the best ressies team we played and I think most people would agree

As for the A's we had the better chances all day but didnt take them all, a crossbar, post and some great keeper saves from the Downs keeper gave the downs a point.

The Morrison/Hosier battle was great to watch all day and full credit to both of them as they shook hands after the game and showed how a game is played on the pitch and nothing goes on after.

Great battle with the downs and Im sure it will be bigger and better next year.

Hope that was unbiased for ya burner! :clown:

No, you made it quite clear today you were 'evening things up'. It's sad when players from your Reserves team are apologising for the refereeing today.

Raptors v Inter

As 0-3

Raptors were in the game in the first half and had a few good one-on-ones saved. Inter scored from a counter-attack from a corner after a defensive mixup. Their second goal was from another defensive blunder, a long throw into the box and the player taps in from 6 yards out on the rebound after the keeper blocked the first shot. Aside from those mistakes I thought the first half was fairly even.

The game was over 8 seconds into the second half when Inter scored directly from kickoff. Pass, pass, long ball, shot (goal). Inter should have knocked in a couple more over the course of the second half, but didn't really have too many shots on target for all their dominance in possession. We were missing alot of experienced guys in our backline and it showed today.

Bs 1-4

We scored first but then our keeper gifted Inter a goal right on HT. Inter scored three soft goals in the second half.

Don't know what 'dickie bird' is on about but our ref today had a self-confessed "shocker".

Cs 5-2

Only saw the last ten minutes but our Cs celebrated their title win today with a comfortable victory.

No offence Karmann, but if that was him doing his best then seriously not good enough. I will not deny the send off was there. What about booking the clown for retaliation? No card was shown at all.

Yes our second goal should never have been disalowed, your keeper cocked his arm back to throw out the ball and hit our striker, then dropped the ball. There was no foul there at all.

One of our players was booked for swearing, yet your number 9 called the ref a f$%îng c#$t to his face and didn't even get a talking to.

One on one with last defender. The defender commits a foul, and the ref blew for it. If it is the last defender that drags down a player, it is an automatic red is it not. The defender did not even get a card.

I believe the card count was something like 1 red & 6 yellows to the downs, and 1 yellow to pontians, yet from a totally unbiased point of view your boys dished out as much as our guys did.

I would hate to count the free kicks for and against as at one point it seemed every tackle within 10 yrds of the 18yrd box was been blown up for.

As I have stated I have full respect for your club and the players that play there, and the last time I played at your club with an unofficial ref the guy was fantastic. I just feel that the effort shown today by the club ref was definately below par, and unfortunately he did affect the result of the game, which a ref should never do.

On saying that all in all it was a great day at the pontians, and your write up about the A's is spot on, including the tussle between Morrison/Hosier, two of the games hard men going head to head for 90 mins, and then showing great sportsmanship at the end.

Plus enjoyed the highlight from the A team coach calling our keeper a fat c$%t, something like the pot calling the kettle black I thought.

Good luck for the last two games of the season, and of course the cup

Great game at Frank Mitchell Park today - the game was played in good spirits, both teams played good football and the game itself could have gone either way.

Game ended up 3:2 to Beograd.

On behalf of all at Beograd, we would like to thank Brahma Lodge players, coaching staff & supporters for sticking around and enjoying the Čevaps & Beer.

I believe Brahma has the quality on the pitch to stay in Div 2 - definitely one of the better teams in our division.

Fulham V Ingle Farm
A's 3-4
An amazing first half by our guys but we dropped off a little in the second half. We lost a bit of shape and Fulham got a sniff and started scoring. A cracking first goal by them. In the end though a fair result with Fulham struggling to deal with our forwards.

B's 2-5
I missed the game so can't really comment but I heard a certain Farm Formite scored a cracker for it only to be put down as Mr X's hatrick

C's 0-3
Horrible first half for our guys let us down. A bit more commitment in the 2nd saw a vast improvement but Fulham were the better team all day.

Cheers to Fulham for their hospitality on the day. Great bunch of guys down there well coach by Lawrie. Also a great effort by the bloke who reffed the C's, B's and then ran the line for the A's. He did a pretty good job in the C's so well done to him for putting his hand up.

Big game for us next week. Win and we take second off Pontian with only one game to play.

Firstly well done to Vista both on promotion and your performance yesterday

In the reserves we pushed you all the way, although the introduction of Fabian at halftime hurt us - our older (but still very handsome) defence struggled with his fresh legs

The fact Vista goalkeeper got best on ground shows how close the contest was 4-3 Vista

In the first team could have been far worse but for Mags in goals - 4-1 Vista

Good luck in Division 1
