There next on our listmarooned wrote:Florina let in 43 goals last year, Macos let in 38. Hope your not pinning your hopes on a ageing and injury prone keeper to stop the leakage. a few defenders might help. Mind you he is a great quiz night presenter.![]()
Love your work Sean sorry about the ageing remark.

Yes I will confirm it to be true. I have decided to have another crack at the 1st division again. I have a good mate at Florina whom I would like to play with for the last time and also know a lot of the people there having played against and BBQ'ed with over the past 9 years at while being at Macedonia.
I leave Macedonia with a lot of great friends and the intention of one day returning to probably play in their lower grades up front for a laugh. Those people who witnessed my B grade striker venture a few years ago will shudder!
Macedonia ( M.U.Lions ) is a GREAT club and have treated me and my family better than any other club I've experienced and I would recommend the club to all and wish them all the success both on and off the pitch. The club is in great hands ( Maso Pres ) and will be there for many years to come keeping the strong successful history in tact.
Could be an interesting day in a few weeks when the 2 clubs play in a "friendly" match. I fully expect the Maco die hards to give it to me hard during the game and have a beer with me after.
As for Marooned - Ageing and Injury prone?? Yes I did miss the last 1/2 of last season with an injury, but prior to that have'nt missed a game. Maybe it is the age catching up with me. Although I've been telling people at the club I'm 22 for the last 10 years and some still beleive me. must be my youthful good looks!!!!
Looking forward to McGregor trying to chip me with every attempt on goal at training.
