West Beach always good.

Very Surprised by Easties pitch at the bottom this year. Best we have played on so far.

I would be biased and say Marden for my best pitch but that is because it is huge and suits our playing style.

Worst pitch would have to be for me Astereas pitch. Really small and has a cricket mound running through the middle, makes it very difficult to play on.

Vikings and Southern Knights are fantastic pitches to play on. Both usually have good surfaces and a decent size as well.

Ingle Farm by far the worst surface I have ever trained and played on, when its hot and dry its Hard and bumpy but when its wet its boggy and slippery. Not to mention the 6 foot drop from one end of the pitch to the other. Closely followed by Munno Para and their postage stamp, people having pot shots from half way just gives me the shits!!

No competition, bottom pitch at the Gully, the defense rests your honour.

Gleeson main pitch is quality. Better than so many others. Not being biased either.

Adelaide Villa is decent too. St Peters OK as long as it hasnt rained in the last 2 weeks.

This one - immaculate! (but yes, the bar distance does need to be considered)

Agree, perfect surface...changeroom/bar distance is not great.... especially when it is bucketing it down !

You kidding Right!?!

Play in the preseason there. Pourin with rain. Miles away from Bar, canteen and Changeroom. Pitch is small as well. The pitches up the top are far better.

I always quite liked Gully's pitch to play on but you are right about it being too far away from everything. Gardens is also very good and San Marco always was a favourite too. I also like the bog of the Jets at Ladywood for its set up but it got pretty heavy - as for the worst I would have to say Westies mainly because the only thing I have ever won there was a quiz night and I think everyone has an opinion of the Farm slope but I am glad to say that the beer selection there has improved!

Fulham really?

That was our home ground in 09/10 and having a turf cricket pitch right in the middle of the park does wonders to the ball when it rains.......

Anything with a cricket pitch thru it or square goalposts should be instantly disregarded.

1 of the best surfaces in the league.

The cricket pitch is not a problem now we have made 4 pitches (an extra pitch from when you guys leased the grounds) as we have moved the main pitch closer to the club rooms and slightly narrowed it so only a small portion of the wicket is on the pitch now.

Plus, it says 'best pitch' not 'club ground'

On topic, not saying it's the best as i haven't played on every pitch, BUT out of all i have seen played on, it definitely is the best in the wet or during weeks of rain (or weeks of rain in one day hey swanny).
