Sounds like all is on track for it to be in use at the start of next season.Works for Juventus Football Club’s new stadium are ongoing and many results can already be seen, both inside and outside the ground. “The cover is now finished, they’re starting to assemble the seats in the stands and in the West stand the hospitality areas are being completed.” Engineer Riccardo Abrate explained the situation in an interview with Juventus Channel for a New Stadium ‘special’ to be broadcast this evening at 8:30pm. “At pitch level, the dressing rooms are already done – continued the Real Estate director of Juventus – also the systems for irrigatation, water drainage, and undersoil heating have been installed, and the layers of the pitch itself are going to be put in place.”
All the above can be found inside the framework. But works are proceeding quickly on the outside as well. “We’re completing the “skin” outside the ground, consisting of more than 7,000 elements made of Alucobond with various colour effects. The Italian flag will be on top of this, corresponding to the colour of the posts.”
In addition to the activities related to the stadium, urbanzation works are also going forward. “They started in the first months of this year and the road works to restore pavements and to manage the flow of traffic are still going ahead. The asphalt pavement in Corso Grande Torino has been already done and now the workers will continue to repair the left lane of Strada Altessano, where an acoustic coating will be placed, just in time for the Giro d’Italia which will travel on this stretch of road on 7th May. Moreover, the cycle lane between Venaria and the stadium has already been made and the renewal of Gallo Prail area has been completed: platforms and pilomats have been placed to prevent cars from travelling during the sports events (except for residents). Finally - concluded Abrate - works for creating 4,000 parking spaces are ongoing. Lot 1 is almost finished, where trees have already been planted, and lots 2 and 3 are still under construction. In short, all works are going to be completed.”

Been doing some reading, the stadium is only going to cost the club a net total of just €25m.

http://www.serieaweekly.com/2011/04/juv ... -lady.htmlDespite increasing in cost to €120 million, the project has been largely funded by the sale of naming rights to Sportfive – who in turn will sell them on – for €75m and the €20m profit from selling some land to Nordiconad. This means the club will enter its new home in August at a net cost of just €25m, which is in truth a quite remarkable piece of business.

This is in a way false advertising, or poor marketing by Juve.Juventino wrote: Been doing some reading, the stadium is only going to cost the club a net total of just €25m.Despite increasing in cost to €120 million, the project has been largely funded by the sale of naming rights to Sportfive – who in turn will sell them on – for €75m and the €20m profit from selling some land to Nordiconad. The stadium, which will be sold for 75mil euros then entitles the "buyer" to name it, then further on "lease" the staduim back to whomever they choose every matchday. Which in-turn will cost the club far more than the 75mil it advertises.
Or....
Do as Arsenal did and not get an investor in, but, a sole buyer to name the ground, but have no further input toward any ground decisions.....
From what Ive seen the stadium looks great and the plans amazing to see, and for only 120mil... I hope that the Juve board is smarter than what this report indicates though.

Why 4,000 allocated parking spaces?
With thier home crowds they would have only needed around 250 parking spaces!
My nephews 10am Saturday morning bamington class gets more of a crowd.
