Best BBQ
every year we have this thread
BUT
there is a new contender to the list. Without doubt the best BBQ this season is at Modbury Jets!!
No other place has even got close.

Good shout mate my eyes have just stopped stinging from the smoke and we played there 3 weeks ago!
Re: Best BBQ
Great variety and quality served up with a smile by the girls at the Downs.
Never argue with an idiot - they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Re: Best BBQ
Not to mention the quality of the good Pontian put on after the game. Its not the left over Kebab, its an entire meal. Great work by Pontian this year. Was impressed with almost everything with them this year, a change in the right direction!

Agreed. BUT then again I haven't been to every team's home ground to make an accurate assessment. Free six pack of Carltons and I will willingly agree to a "masterchef" assessment.crue head wrote:Pontians would have to be the cream of the crop.

Re: Best BBQ
the the bbq today at adelaide uni was great even tho it was for the footy match, the pork sandwiches were amazing
Re: Best BBQ
Well it hurts me to say that I had a Viper Royale today and they forgot the bacon..I don't usually like to air my dissatisfaction on a public forum but forgetting the bacon was inexcusable and could lead me to look for another BBQ
Re: Best BBQ
Sorry to hear that Franco and it's unacceptable as our 'food technitians' are of the highest order.....
We have strict policies and customer satisfaction is paramount.....
But I must add that the warranty runs out once the product hits your taste buds
Good luck in your search for a better BBQ as you have now been blacklisted
