Talented 7 year old

Post by Marky »

Hi I have a 7 year old boy, we live in uk and are set to move over next year, my son got picked up by a proffesional club who he now trains with twice a week aswell as his club side and has been invited to a few other premier league clubs which ive had to decline. I was just wondering at what age do the pro clubs start recruiting players over there as he is doing very well at the mo and i would like him to carry on at the same standard when we move?????

Cheers Mark

  we scout from birth, first we interview the mother to guage strength of kick from the womb & then on birth day we assess body strength, reaction time & kicking speed

Now this helps me to understand a few things. I reckon all those babys with a very strong kick don't actually have a strong kick but all that time they were punching there mums tummy and not kicking it. These kids soon quit footy and start playing a game where they punch a strange shaped ball to each other
