A fight broke out between a few players with 10 minutes to go, not just salisbury's fault. Salisbury supporters were down the other end of the pitch, so weren't involved at all. Quite a few heated exchanges throughout the match, which started with home team being late, then reluctantly agreeing to a card check. Home linesman was a player and was not watching the game, balls went over the fence and home club didn't have replacements.

As far as threats to family etc, didn't hear any so won't comment. I am led to believe the ref was from the home club too, which I didn't think was allowed? Pretty sure the ref shouldn't be manhandling players either. He never, at any point of the match, looked like he had control.

Score was 3-0 and White City quite rightly would be awarded points. A shame it ended that way, I for one was enjoying most of the football.

Pretty sure it was an official ref, but I was also told he was from the club. Not sure on that one.
I have also been told that you cannot referee your own club games, again not 100% sure.

Did he manage to hit anyone when throwing things about during his tirade???? :clown:
I heard he told his kids not to shake hands after the game ......

Sorry, but what a faaaarken fruitloop !!!!!!

Playing for these sheepstations is getting worse, not better !!!!!!!!!

These results and tables and anything else they are playing for is just getting out of control .....

They are KIDS, just let them play !!!!!

Well obviously ABE is one of many clubs that do not believe in points/tables mean nothing.

Clubs/parents/refs and even players do not believe in this theory, unfortunately actions prove it, no matter what dribble peeps on forums try to portrait.

Two weeks in a row now I have personally seen parents clap and cheer the Ref for handing out yellows in U/13s. Funny enough both big super league clubs.

Para Hills were winning 1-0 in the first half against Adelaide City dont no final result
you have got to be the biggest tool on here what game were you watching,
teach your players to play soccer and not rugby as a spectator of this game it was played hard and fair

13s says the same, croydon vs sth ade, it seems croydon may be a little slow to send in results, or both sides they played conveniently did not send them in.

Croydon has made numerous request for the U13 results to be updated. We have been told that the results are being audited, and have not heard anything further for several weeks.

No idea. Got the news second hand, was told that it might have something to do with the changeover from D.Burton to D. Jennings.

Might have something to do with the Ref not being an official one.

I came across one team manager who was keeping the team sheets because nobody had told her what to do with them.

too many players on the teamsheet, ref was supplied by home team and according to FFSA was not authorised to ref the game.

So what are the possible results of this audit?
What if Croydon won the game, loss of points?
fines?

Does anyone know which actual games are in question and this is definately U/15 only or 13 and 15?

How can you have too many names on a team sheet when there is only 16 spaces.

Which brings me to a question, I believe there is 16 spots, is this 15 players and a keeper?

14 players 1 keeper and 1 reserve keeper?
Can the reserve keeper be used as a field player if this is the case or must only be used as a keeper and otherwise can't play.

Does it matter?

Could they be talking about the 17C game?
Time for some righteous indignation
