I find it kinda ridiculous that people are still saying things like that 'if they're true to their word then they shouldn't care' listen, it is not our choice we can't just move into the state league this is the FFSA's decision. obviously we'd rather be in that league than div 4.

just saying.. if FFSA put that idea forward.. would u take it? you would if you were true to your word. it's not a dig at you at all. I dont have anything to do with div 4 or state league so I was just putting forward some un biased ideas.

Yeah but we arnt allowed to play our whole team each week, if we were moved up,such rules should be removed.

sorry,it was said tongue in cheek,we cant take things too seriously. I occasionally help out a team in div 4 that has played Para Hills Utd,and we are kind of looking forward to playing them again. I do feel for their players, and I worry about their coach.
To see how pumped he gets when they win,how fired up he got because we scored against them, how will he react when they loose? They are beatable, they look good in div 4 because they are playing teams who have players who have never played before, and some of the players who maybe train once a week,if at all, that is why they play in the lower divisions.

The Cup will be interesting,as there are teams in the 3/4/5 cup, that have teams in higher divisions, lets see what squads they put out. Hypothetically,if PH utd dont win div 4 ( Raiders are currently top ) and they dont win the cup, where will that leave them ?

You tell me, if you were ffsa and you had a team that didnt finish first, didnt win the cup, but were still beating teams 23-0, would you leave them there the next season?

promotion is earnt, not just given because you girls think its fun to pump every team and carry on unsportsman like.

if you cant finish top, then in truth, you've achieved nothing.

Pretty sure it's first and second that go up. So PHU and Raiders are pretty much a sure bet.
As much as div 1 or State league is where this team is probably best suited to playing, FFSA cant just let a team jump 2 or 3 divisions. They are upholding some of the competition rules this season, and need to continue to stick to them. There needs to be consistency for the sake of the entire competition.

Well im sure everyone is aware of that but thanks for your opinion.

By the way, a lot of teams have gone up without finishing top. Just look at any professional league, top two or three go up.

It's fairly obvious in the Senior Women's divisions the FFSA doesn't adhere to the "two up two down" rule. Teams get juggled every season.

Alright, im not gonna lie... Your REALLY starting to piss me off!

CLEARLY we DONT think its fun to pump every team each week. All we want to to play the sport we want with our mates! I donno if ur angry because we pumped ur team or because we'r the players that u never were but what do u expect us to do? Just quit all together because ur not happy? Well guess what, i have news for u.... we'r gonna keep playing like we'r playing in this leauge untill the ffsa solve this problem!
So best u stop slagging off our team saying we'r unsportsmanlike ( when clearly hi-5ing ur team mate when she scores a goal ISNT unsportsmanlike) and get overrrrrr it! kthanxbye!

Let's face it most of these girls in the team winning have over the years been on the receiving end of thrashings so I'm sure they aren't as bad as everyone is making out. At the end of the day they are in that division until next season so everyone build one and make complaints at delegates meetings and so on!

Sometimes it's okay to use other avenues to be heard, I know it's fun being keyboard warriors but come on..It's been done to death!

Cakewalk is a traditional African American form of music and dance which originated among slaves in the Southern United States. The form was originally known as the chalk line walk. The dance takes its name from competitions held on plantations prior to Emancipation, in which prizes, sometimes cake, were given for the best dancers.

The term "cakewalk" is often used to indicate something that is very easy or effortless. Though the dance itself could be physically demanding, it was generally considered a fun, recreational pastime. The phrase "takes the cake" also comes from this practice.

The PHU and Raiders teams were placed in their current divisions as per the FFSA rules.
At the last delegates meeting FFSA made it quite clear that these teams will not be moved this season.
PHU players check with youre delegate who was there.

Its interesting that raiders arent mentioned or replying and they are winning just as easily.
The goalkeeper is the jewel in the crown and getting at him should be almost impossible. It's the biggest sin in football to make him do any work.

I as a PHU player know none of you know what happens behind closed doors, but are obviously very quick to judge
I think most of the complaints ect are about whats happening on the field and with your coach which is out in the open, unless they have recently built a closet around the coaching area at the Paddocks.
Our coach is just very compassionate about the game
I think you mean he's passionate, or does he like to sit down and console the game?
