I am not the only one at Beograd that feels that way, for most of the supporters and players that play for the clubs have lived through the mid-90s bosnian war, and are here because of it, and I can tell you that the Bosnians hate us even more than we hate them. the fact that they came to evey one of our friendlys just to see how we play i think shows how much they want to beat us. All credit to rivalries through out the amature league, and im sure there are some big ones....but I really dont think that there is such hate between two clubs that in actual fact is not even football related.

I always understood rivalry as something between local rivals,that has been built up over many years. I would the class the battle between these two sides as a rivalry still in its infant stages. While they have been neighbours a long time, they have not played each other many times, have they ??? It can still be intense, need to play each other a few more times for it to become the biggest rivalry,in my opinion of course.
