Yes it is....avoid conflicts at all costs to keep the peace.
I remember when I was refereeing I gave my partner half of the money to keep the peace....she would push me out the door for football. :lol:

YES there were definatley a few more reasons, I didn't help around the house, I drank too much, & I was always at the club...
