Neither have I....I'll find out when I get a game.
Seriously though...I try to do 100 goalkeeper kicks/goal kicks whenever I train and have found them to be "truer" than the Nikes...the Nikes tended to feel lighter and the ones from last year have an almost volleyball feel to them.
As has been said...they are round....just practice with them !

Have you played with a "jabulani"?
Geez, if I had, that would imply I either have a) alot of money to waste or b) Im an international player. None of the above. And lets not get into a arguement as to wether or not the Jubalani was a good ball or a pig to play with, if you cant recognize that fact then there is something wrong. Stop sooking about the balls, everyone will be using them, if you're a good player you'll adapt your game around it, just like you adapt yourself to different pitches and weather conditions every weekend...

Typical of this forum, commentingon things they have no experience of. I'm neither of those and I have played with one and I didn't have a problem with the ball at all.
As for the latter, when have I "sooked" about the ball.
First home game played and already 2 match balls down. One cut up pretty bad and the stiching is broken, the other one gets flat within 10-15 of pumping up I have to say the quality of these balls sucks compared to the Nike we had last year!
Personally I think the balls are not bad for control and diriblling. But they really don't perform so well when shooting! Also they seem to wear out so quick. Has anyone else had this problem already?

For a minute there I thought you had lost them in the ditch behind the goals (the end where the posts are not straight).
Somebody one asked if I could spare some change for gas, I could really get away from this place.
I said yep, what a concept! I could use a little fuel myself and we could all use a little change.
Okay straight is not the right word, I should have said not vertical (unless that's been rectified since last season).

A lot of things have changed for the better since last season. And the same can be said for last season compared to the season before last and so on. Then again "Rome wasn't build in one day".
This topic is about the match balls though, so let's keep it that way!!

Why is this topic still active? Get over it... We all use them, some will like others hate... Just kick it in the goal... Preferably the other teams....
