THE GREATEST CLUB amateur
Whos CLUB is the BEST, and why is it. The amount of championship, OR SOMETHING ELSE WHAT?
Your really just going to get everyone saying there club is the best. and for the record i think east are the best. I dont really think it matters too much who everyone thinks is the best club, coz in amatuers there is always a great bond between the team, (mainly due to plenty of frothies). The East are getting the old feeling about the club again, very family orientated, great bunch of lads playing in the teams and more importantly this year we are getting a really great comittee together, with players, past and present joining in and giving a hand. It does take some mighty effort to make a club fun for all ages, just ask marooned how hard it is, and the Downs have thus far come a very long way from what it used to be. Its all in the atmosphere i rekon.

Hey Maso Pres... You heard that Skopje airport has a new name..
This is gonna ruffle some feathers, BUT, Skopje Airport Management Board has decided to rename the facility into Skopje Aleksandar Makedonski Airport

Marge, don't discourage the boy! Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It's what separates us from the animals! Except the weasel.

not being racist at all i take offense to you saying im starting racist shite, simply stating how some people feel...i know i would have played the game when i was younger if i felt like i would have been accepted. someone better put a leash on you before you get bittenthe enforcer wrote:dont start racist shiite manUwankmanU4life wrote:the best club would be one called skips united or at least a club that would acomodate or wouldnt make a aussie lad feel daunted going out to training for....ie all these macedonian and hellas clubs

you can belive what you want dickhead, water of a ducks back to me. concerned citizen?? what are you on...i was just saying when i was younger it was daunting to try and start to play the game if you hade zero involement..period. im not making ethinc based clubs look racist...im just questioning why we need them?? there is a reason why the a-league has gone away from it and is flourishing because it. yes we are in a multi-cultural environment and im all for it but lets not alienate anyone....clubs should be united. now piss off down to the corner shop to buy a bubble 'o bill with your pocket money or have you spent it on ticket to the roar game to join the mse you dickweed

thats great, i was born in australia but the rest of my family is from manchester....look mate all im saying is for me and a couple other lads i know, we didnt feel comfortable going out there and the ethnic name acted as a deterant, im sure there are other people who feel the same as there are many people in your situation playing at one of these clubs and loving life. the key word to everything i have said is FEEL or FELT, i didnt say they actually DO alienate people or are racist...no not at atll...just that i have felt that way and you cant help how you feel un-fortunately

I've played both both an ethic and anglo club. All three clubs were great because of the people.
I think what ManU is trying to say is that if you had the last name of Smith, it might be harder going to an ethic club when you first start espically if you dont know anyone. I agree to an extent but when you are in an ethnic club, its hard to leave cause they are a great community within the club. Florina is a great example.

hit the nail on the head jaywalking...
if i offended you enforcer or anyone im sorry, didnt intend to just merely stating how i felt and the diffculties i had....i played aussie rules until 2 years ago but didnt enjoy it, only played because i was good at it. my passion has always been the real football but never really knew about getting involved and felt quite daunted by the prospect of going out and getting amongst it. it stemmed from high school, would try and play a bit of out door or indoor and would get told to f... off you dogga bastard.
