well done pgsc... the cichanowski shield is a great trophy to win! as the only way you can is if you have won the league or cup in the previous season (unless like pgsc you done both)
I have been lucky enough to get my hands on it 5 times as a winner and a couple as a loser (hope i spelt that correct? lol)
and i can tell you the years we won it
set us up as a club to enter the real season in top form and in most cases we had a great year...... if i was the other 9 div 1 teams i would be worried about parafield!!

ps. im also an ex team mate of B Gale! he would be around 46/47 perhaps, but he it fitter now than he was 20 years ago...
