I'm too lazy to check. I'll just assume you're lying.

Why would you do that? Grow up.

The look on his face when he blazed wide was not exactly one of dissapointment.

I don't think he can complain about the noise as it increased after he took the shot as people in the stands know straight away he'd placed himself in a possition he could of avoided.

He blamed the noise as many do at time when they are clearly in the wrong and most fans oppose the refs decisions for the sake of it.
i think the same but you compare that to arshavin on saturday when he was called offside in that close call that cost him a goal he went on rounded the keeper and put it in the net well after the whistle was blown and referee didnt do one thing. harsh call imo.
besides that though barca were just superior. a team above everyone really we did well to even get that close and bit of luck our way could of knocked them out but losing to barca isnt the worst thing in the world knowing they are the best team.
Fair point.

Not a sore spot really. More to the point of Arsenal's supposed failure, as you put it, has been at the hands of the team that has made the final, and won it in some occasions.
I'm not willing to say failure when it's been at the hands of these great teams.
And if Arsenals only success in europe is a cup even you have laughed at. Why do you still count Ajax as still playing in europe, battling for mediocrity

And Litmanen..   not bad. Gotta pay it 8)

There's no shame in losing to Barca, that's for sure.

Arsenal will get there one day.... It must suck to be almost there every year but always have some aspect letting you down.

Normally it's depth, but this year it's your defense.

Still in with a big chance at the league though!

Well if you're interested, I hear Carlo is trying to cash in on their European trophy cabinet. Still in it's packaging and everything.

To be fair, it was always considered the #2 European trophy, hence its inclusion in the SuperCup contest ahead of the UEFA Cup back in the day.

I know all the Gunners supporters will shoot me down for this, but I think its time that Wenger was mover on if they dont win anything this season.

He has transformed the club, but its now time to move on.

They should move heaven and earth to get Mourinho if he isnt interested in going to Inter or Roma (as the Journo's have linked him) next season

Wenger's just become a moaning old bastard and it's time Arsenal got Big Sam Allardyce in there to toughen them up.

It was a horrible decision to send RVP off but Arsene conveniently forgets that the ref failed to award Barca a blatant penalty when Djourou fouled Messi long before that.
