finally got to do some interval running after a few weeks of straight running last night - what a welcome relief!

i can still smell the murray park bbq's.....then again so can the whole neighbourhood. do you remember when the fire department was called out thinking there was a fire?...training under the haze of all that smoke did make it feel like we were at the maracana..

or was it just purple haze? i cant quite remember ...can you maxi?


good to see the old fellas still doing a few laps and every pre-season brings new optimism but the numbers are definately there this year so should be a good year.
