Elizabeth Downs pre-season training.

Downs pre season training starts on the Thursday 25th January. All current and new players most welcome. Starts at 6.45 with a BBQ and band afterwards. Come down and join Motts and Kleiny on their assault on back to back championships.

Great to hear. I cant wait.

Will be such a great feeling to get back amongst the lads after lasts years injury. What a season to miss as well.

Who is the band on afterwards. Not that we should be enticing drinking after the first pre season training session for the year....

The band is Haze we had them for the season launch last year they blew the roof off.

i think many years ago the ledgendary Trojan Badgers when 3-years undefeated.

Redbacks won every game last year and none of them had to go penalties. Just for the record.

Core of the team was the same but we lost a couple to knee injuries. Congratulation to the Eagles - classy side with skill, agression when needed and great finishing who played in a great spirit.

I havent heard of any players leaving at this time. Heard of 1 or 2 that may come back to the club. So far as big names though.....
Motts usually keeps that pretty close to his chest until the first training session, which is definately the way to go so that rumours dont start.
