No offence to Samaras, he is a handy striker, however in days gone by, Juventus would have been looking for someone of the ilk of Torres or Aguero or Pazzini.

They are in dire straits and I would say if it keeps going like this, Del neri will not see the end of the season.

they bagged Matri, top signing.

Amauri to Parma.

In an earlier post i did the maths and worked out that 80 points would get you the scudetto.

In years gone by 80 points have not been enough but someone in the world of football has agreed with me.

************************************************************

Allegri targets 11 wins for Scudetto

Max Allegri believes 11 wins from Milan's remaining games in Serie A will be enough to win the Scudetto.

Milan currently enjoy a four-point lead at the top of the table and have been in first place since December.

“We need 11 more wins to get to 80 points, which, in my opinion, means the Scudetto,” Allegri said.

“To do better all the others must win 13 or 16.”

Asked for his opinion of Milan's five new signings, Allegri said the club's transfer market has been “practically perfect.”

Thats what Ibra has stated.

But if you go through the next few games for napoli there are points to be taken if we play our cards right

CHIEVO a
CESENA h
ROMA a
CATANIA h
MILAN a
BRESCIA h
PARMA a
CAGLIARI h

were on a golden streak at home and should continue with 4 more wins against clubs who have all poor away records

chievo midweek is going to be tough. we lost at home against them 1st time around with some dodgy ref decisions. would love to collect all 3 points against them.

roma and milan away are going to cause us some problems. roma unbeaten at home and milan with their no nonsense approach.

only time will tell.

You cant do business with this pri.ck

Lotito has got the hardest head in italian football. He needs a good kick in the head.

Hey I dont have too much of a problem with Lotito, has turned them around big time and snared the 2nd biggest signing of the summer in Hernanes.

But can you please give examples as to where De Laurentiis has whinged and is deluded?

Cheers.

Do you honestly think I am going to waste my time looking for old articles to prove my point? He, like every other president in the country, over-values his players and is a bit of a tight ass when it comes to paying fees and wages. Fair enough... but for Blue Mastiff to talk as if Lotito is the only hard-ass in transfer dealings, is hypocritical.

Hernanes > Cavani

Anyway, has Napoli hired any garbage collectors yet?

Hernanes better than Cavani? just proves youve really got NO IDEA and instantly lost respect for your comments

yeah DeLaurentis is a bit of a loudmouth - but you have to be to be a president in Serie A - look at Preziosi, Zamparini, etc.

glad to see Lazio below Napoli on the standings - Lazio, the most racist fans in the country!

Cavani has a good half a season and now he is the greatest player in the world according to the Naps? Hilarious.

Hernanes is already one of the best midfielders in Italy, hes only been there 6 months.

In terms of output this season, anyone with any knowledge would find it hard to argue that Cavani has not been the best signing of the season, but we are only half way thru at this stage, so we will wait and see. I wouldnt think he is a T.A. we have a ceiling that is in place in order to meet UEFA's upcoming financial fair play. This will ensure that we are able to compete in European competition should we qualify. For me Hernanes has been top drawer. Of late, no co-incidence Lazio have lost 3 of the last 6??? his form has dipped. He is their barometer along with Mauri.

I only like Mastiff's factual posts, rather than comments on other presidents, hence my admiration for Lotito, just a bit miffed we missed out on Foggia, however we have Mascara who in my opinion is a like for like player anyways.

With regards to your last comment, I expected nothing less really, I didnt think you would be able to come up with anything more creative than the usual dribble.
