This means a catchup game could sort out the EPL title. At least that's kind of interesting

Re: SOME POSPONED GAMES IN EPL
what a joke of a game and a joke of a ref for letting that farce go ahead. No football was played out there tonight. The only way Ipswich were going to win a game was to play in a blizzard with 3 inches of snow on the pitch.
Re: SOME POSPONED GAMES IN EPL
Theoretical physics would suggest pitch conditions were the same for both sides.LeicesterCity wrote:what a joke of a game and a joke of a ref for letting that farce go ahead. Philosophically speaking it would appear that Leicester City are a bunch of softcocks.

the game would have needed to be called off pretty early in the morning to prevent Leicester fans making a very long journey across to portman road. nothing worse than being on the road to an away game to here over the radio that the game had been canceled, so i guess at around 9.00am everything looked fine saftey wise for fans and for pitch conditions for the game to go ahead, and as the comentator said at high time when he was on the pitch, the pitch was not in a frozen state so no reason for the game to be called off

Bollocks. The referee can abandon a match at anytime.predator wrote:the game would have needed to be called off pretty early in the morning to prevent Leicester fans making a very long journey across to portman road.

Re: SOME POSPONED GAMES IN EPL
I thought the referee handled the whole affair quite well and the decision to have three quarter time while not in law books was a good one. The weather is not the ref's fault and he can't stop it snowing. As for football being played you must have only been watching one team beacause the first half display from the tractor boys was brilliant. Leicester just didn't want to be there at all, and if they were three nil up with their manager's job on the line they would be making totally different noises. Cups of concrete come to mind.LeicesterCity wrote:what a joke of a game and a joke of a ref for letting that farce go ahead. No football was played out there tonight.
