Wow, what a performance by Parafield Gardens, showed why they were the League Champions yesterday with a great display of football.

In the earlier game Vale were unlucky not to get the draw as they would have won it in extra time IMO, Johnny Hopkins was by far BOG for Vale, Florinas class and quality form thier first half performance got them home.

All in all a great advert for amateur football yesterday, all the best to the teams in the final.

Florina very lucky to hold on to their win, Vale had them under the pump in the 2nd half, that big no. 11 for vale missing a couple of sitters.

Not sure if it was a case of Downs not rocking up or Gardens being way too good, but they weren't even close for most of the game which was a shame for spectators as the Florina Vale game was a cracker.

Farm 1 V Easties 0

Not a bad game to watch with both teams having chances and the result could of gone either way. I thought we looked a lot better on the ball and had more of the ball but Easties looked far more dangerous in their 18 yard box. Our keeper had a brilliant game and really kept us in it with a string of great saves. If Easties had taken some of their chances, it would of made for a very, very interesting game. Fortunately for us, we were able to keep them out and score the all important goal through Brad who Easties struggled to contain.

Should be a great final with Handorf in form and having some quality to players to choose.

I only stayed for half of the Florina V Vale game and Florina went on a 15 minute route to score 4 which I didn't think Vale would come back from. Sounds like they did.

Gardens took apart a Downs side who dragged itself to the end of the season. A few injuries robbed them of some players and form from what I'm told. Gardens seem to be on fire though and it will be tough for Florina and Villa to knock them off in the coming weeks. 5 nil against one of your main rivals is always a big result.

Chris Air was definitely MOTM, made at least five really top class saves. Was quite an entertaining game, just a pity about the result from our perspective :( .

Most teams would prefer to be dangerous in the opposition's 18 yard box!

We don't have much of a car park at the Farm so he is now referred to as goalmouth keeper :D
