Birkalla 2-0 Para Hills. With 10 minutes to go it looked like heading for a dour 0-0 draw, neither team really threatening, then with about 10 minutes to go, 2 good goals in 5 minutes from Birks sealed it.
U15
Blue Eagles 2-1 up on 72 minutes, then Birkalla stuck back immediately from the kick off to make it 2-2. Then extra time and penalties - a real heartbreaker, but hold your heads up lads you did ABE proud

was a great game, with Frankie ( modbury keeper) playing out of his skin.
Unlucky to have to go to extra time, however, when it did the fitter team finished strongly.
No need to be einstein to work out a first up missed penalty heaped pressure on the next kicker, who wasn't up to it.
Well done on a great achievement in 2010

So close, thought they (Jets) were home
thought the first AC penalty was drilled in but brilliantly saved by the 'keeper.
Agreed the subs made a huge difference and were put into the game a the right time.
Best game (of the last three games) IMOA
