It wasn't just those four games, it was ten in a fucking row.

Might help if you could read English.

Like I stated, the Champions League was won through the legacy left by Buchwald, not the amazing tactical prowess of Osieck. This was a team with Ono, Tulio, Washington, and Ponte all in amazing form. They were nigh-unstoppable, and somehow Osieck couldn't even get the league title when they were six games away and very much top of the damned table.

EDIT: I just realised what you meant. I completely misread that. Good stuff, me.

Of course - I haven't stressed that fact enough times here and everywhere else - but I was just making a point about his time at Urawa.

But also, winning the Gold Cup in 2000 isn't exactly the biggest achievement. Canada had a fairly decent team back then (sure, not a world-class team, but who in North America was good back then?) and just take a look at their run to the final. Not exactly breathtaking opposition, Mexico aside.

taken from another website.........

What a disaster waiting to happen! You can talk about "professionalism" all you like but you just don't mix some nationalities. Putting all the Dutchmen in position and then a German Head coach is asking for trouble. It's like Turks and Greeks or Manly and Norths becoming (NRL) Northern Eagles. It'll end in tears....

Maybe everyone doesn't adore AUFC

Last time I checked it's not an AUFC supporters only forum

So no need to tell them to 'F OFF'

Difference between the two: I hate Osieck for destroying my club.

Well, I don't know what to make of all this but Steelinho, could you please give me some pointers on how to say Urawa and Reds consecutively in one seamless statement as I just can't do it.

First tip, don't pay any attention to any Australian television presenters or commentators when they pronounce "Urawa." I have never heard one - barring Scott McIntyre for obvious reasons - pronounce it correctly.

Oo-ra-wa (the "a" vowel is the same as the "a" in "car")

Pretty simple, really.

... All of them. How is that meant to be hard to pronounce? And what does it have to do with anything else?
