Reasonable game by us in the firsts, scored off a corner after 20 or so, cougars got back into it for the rest of the half. Killed it off early in the second with 2 in quick succession. Credit to cougars for not giving up and giving us a tough test before next week.
Played the whole bottom four in the last five fixtures, Cougars and Gleeson much better than the other two teams IMO.
All the best with you cup tie next week. Quick question, last time we played you I recall you having a player by the the name of "Carbone" playing. A real gun of a player in my opinion. He didnt play today.. does he still play for you or has he moved, finished up?

He's missed 3 or 4 this year. He travels to the country every odd weekend for work.

That Hahndorf referee is absolutely the biggest cheat to have ever blown a whistle (and whatever else he has blown). He has destroyed their club, and virtually has guaranteed them losing at least one of their upcoming away games

Good demonstration of sportmanship here from whoever you are. Perhaps your team is at the lower end of the table and can only justify its position by blaming the ref.

this is sooo good! i love how its openly hinted at that due to "poor" refereeing it HAS to be given back now. i dont think the refereeing has to altered much to be fair to the usual, its normally a lost cause anyway away days at st.peters

I went to these. Given the banter on the forum I expected a much closer tie. I was quite surprised every time your reserves kicked off they kicked it backwards (kick off has to go forwards). Surprisingly the referee never picked it up.
I hope the player who got taken to hospital is okay.

What is it you don't understand . This was not a case of poor refereeing. This was a case of 1000% cheating. Absolutely ignorant and blatant cheating. I've been involved in the amateur seen for many years now and the clown from handorf takes the icing on the cake. Even some of the Handorf players agreed after the game. See you on the return leg.

yeh well im not from handorf (hahndorf). but its a shame to hear that they "cheated"

Surprise result PPG What happened? Rate your side but dont rate Budapest much, especially after our last game with them. Players missing? Bad day?
We have had a bad run of players out with injury, overseas & work commitments since before our games against Iggies.
But in saying that Budapest, deserved their victory, they were determined and first to everything. We were ordinary, we have fallen into a bit of a whole and it is now our job to pick ourselves up and finish the season with a few wins.
