Enter twoi teams from the same club in the same competition and it's always a possibility.
I don't just want to have my cake and eat it, I want to go back for cheesy biscuits and tiramisu.

So what's the draw?

AC Prems - AC Res (this happened to others in the past, it's not new at all...If they are in an open draw it's a risk)
Fulham Prems - Para Hills
Metro Res - Sturt Prem
Cumby Prem - ?

Other games?

City Prems & Reserves got drawn together about 5 or 6 years ago and i think it might have been in the first round too...

Unlucky pull of the draw i guess!

What a joke !! Reserves in the same comp as 1st team ? It could only happen in SA. All clubs from Prems to Div 5 should be in the same draw, with preliminary rounds for the lower grade sides. A separate comp for reserves should be played as is done in all other associations.

I would guess that Reserves divisions in 'all other associations" might have more than 6 teams in them, and I don't suppose a round robin format, like the prems last year, would go over any better than it did then.

Sturt-Metro (R)
OMG this is really big! I can't remember any time when something like this happened before. Credit to Metro for going out with their reserves and play a good game after their Prems being eliminated in round 1 due to a dodgy draw. No disrespect but  to Sturt. Beating Fulham one week and losing to reserves the following game! I guess this is the beauty of the game tho! Now there are only a few (3?) prem teams left in the comp. Dunno why, but I put my money on Fulham vs A.City next round! And then the winners play Cumberland in the semis. In this way, a D1 club can actually go to the final... :? Does anyone share the conspiracy theory?
