Last weekend match was abandoned in the 40th minute after Hazara walked off in protest at what they perceived to be biased refereeing.

From what I have heard (not confirmed though) but not the first time either. It should be noted that this was a A grade fixture so an official ref and not the club one.

Ah ok, was gonna say when we played iggeis in the b's the club one was shocking, told our players at half time if they didnt calm down he could start being bias.

Not sure if Hazzara have ever done that before, but even if a ref is bias no need to walk off the field, should just shut up and play the game.

What team are you from? I will then be able to find out who he was and investigate. As one of the qualified refs at the club, I would hate for comments like that to be made giving all our refs a bad name.

Interesting interpretation of the the referee bringing all players into the middle of the pitch and saying "if you don't stop abusing me I'll call the game off".

That would of been fine if he just said that but after he said that to both teams he talk to us separatly and he said that, anyway i have pm hawksey with the rest of the details, not gonna put anymore about on here, I am not bitter we got smacked by the better team.

Those were actually the exact words...He was a young ref, and still learning the ropes, and obviously a little bit shook by the physical level of play in amateur league.

amateur level players, amateur level refs. can't be too upset about refereeing error tbh. oh and most teams play in the spirit of the game, we've only played against one side this year that were c*nts.

They were alright, 2 or 3 dead set whingers who didnt stop for 90 minutes, but some very skillful lads, Ref had to tell em to settle a few times as they carried on like pork chops, but in reality it was the minority rather than the majority of the team. saasl rep was there watching them today too, id say they have a big mark against their name due to last week and I can only assume the saasl has reason to beleive what we heard happened was not actaully what took place, as what we have read on here is totally unacceptable and worthy of being booted out, no ifs or buts.

As for your other comment, id be interested to know who the team of c#nts is? weve played 7 teams so far and they have all not been too bad, certainly seen worse in the past. I cant think of many teams in my 15 years of seniors in the saasl that i would actually class as c#nts, maybe some 'supporters' but most teams are just trying to win and maybe go a strange way about it. I thought your lads were a decent bunch, again a few whingers and moaners which gets right on my nerves but played in the right spirit.

More just that there were two or three guys that were setting out to kick people rather than play football. Won't name names because it is probably unfair for the attitudes of a few players to tar a whole team... you're right though, have definitely had worse in previous seasons.

I only mentioned it in passing after saying 'most teams play in the spirit of the game'. Everyone's had games against teams that get frustrated and lose their temper.
