In the reserves Hawks took the lead after abiut fifteen seconds. Ten minutes later Comets should have had a penalty and the Hawks keeper should have been sent off for an elbow to the face.

The A's game was rather slow in the first half but the second half was very entertaining. Both sides had chances but neither put them away. This is a result that will please Iggies and the teams directly below these two.

I watched Vipers play today and they looked a good team, completely outplayed Sturt. I think if you were not playing in that Vipers team today you might not get your spot back. A nice problem to have. The little bald fella at the back led the team really well

Salisbury Villa 0 v Adelaide Villa 3 (Musci, Beatrice, Cerracchio)

A Villa 2-0 up at HT and in total control, A Villa's passing game and the full use of a norrow pitch was the key to a dominating first half performance. Second half was a little more even with S Villa pushing forward in numbers but never really threatening a solid A Villa defence. Comfortable 3-0 win with a cup Rd against Western Strikers to think about next week. ( Vipers 7-2 over Sturt......WTF........we'll be prepared for you guys next RD. thanks for the prior warning this week!!!) USC v Handorf B Grade 0-0 fair result i thought both teams played well but lacked the final pass or shots on goal.. I did miss most of second half getting ready for A Grade game... Good result B's keep the pressure on the top couple....

Our A's really too good on the day and we could have scored a lot more but in the end happy with the win. Billy scored another free kick at 3-0 up, with Kanga and Diggs (a double) in the first half. Saka made it 5-0 late in the game.
Looking forward to the cup game now and hopefully another win!!!!

The B's had a pretty scrappy first half. All the goals came in the second half with Saka scoring a hat-trick and Ademas a double. The other thing to mention is that Angelo, out B's keeper saved a penalty in the second half. His own birthday present
