Anyway, just watched the Millwall v Huddersfield game. Never seen more blind hoofing of the ball in a long time. Is that normal standard for this league? Desperation of defenders to be commended though but as for overall footballing skills, A-League may not be so far behind after all.
Adelaide United would pump your sorry bunch of chavs any day
Things I am owed because they're too tight to pay up:
Colossus: One House
Costa: One Lunch
Oh and add in
Colossus: one photo and one letter from his "attorney".

i do actually think we relied on a hoof ball too much yesterday. Once we went 1-0 up we hoofed it up to Morrison and waited on him to wn the header. When we got the ball to his feet and he turned and ran at them, he did the business.
I have said all along that A League is about League 2 standard.

ahhh, but you did have one
once a bogan, always a bogan
Those that didnt have them in those days were the social "misfits".
PS - I do have an old flanno shirt around somewhere - kept in case of fancy dress (or if ever I want to look inconspicuous on a northern suburbs journey).

it gets harder every year to judge the growth of the a-league...i think it has tapered off with the exception of a few. hawkesey is probably right though with league 2 standard as in i think if a-league clubs had to play a full season of league 2 they would be on par but if it was a one off game, teams like victory and adelaide who have grown and been exposed to asia they could even compete with championship sides. i was shocked when bozza said on fox sports fc that the a league is better than the championship:s

just quietly, don't think Victory coped too well with the demands of Asia...

i didnt say they did
however, just being exposed to it will hold them in good stead
