Anyone know were to take a 6 year old for football training

Hi guys my son is 6 and plays for a club once a week, I work all the time and don't have time to play or kick about with him in the evenings..anyone know of a clinic I can take him to that is not on wednesdays as he plays for his club on wednesdays. I live near the city so somewhere nearby would be great.

Especially if they concetrate on just running and hoofing the ball forward!!

ipod family is more important than anything else in life, alot of the big clubs start from under 6's. just ring around

When i attended several years ago they trained kids around your son's age. I dunno if they're still doing it now though.

a few hours at a club will make him feel like one of the big boys, but iPod, find the time now while he is six, 'cos it sure won't be the same when he is 16!! good luck

In all honesty... let him play ssf with a local club and or get him into "tiny tots" little athletics or similar.... very very good combination of sports for growing children.

Funny you should say that. It's the same everywhere it seems. Was just reading this article and I vividly remember not being able to kick the ball hard enough to get out of the area (and that was when I was 17 - joke before someone else says it).
