Turkish Cup Final 2009/10 - Fenerbahce vs Trabzonspor

Well... 14 years ago today Fenerbahce stole the Turkish championship out of Trabzonspor's hands and since then Trabzon have had many difficulties on and off the pitch. After Fener's win in the 1995/96 season a Trabzon fan commited suice after seeing his team lose to their biggest rival 2-1 in the dying minutes.

Today and next week will probably be the biggest revenge payback by Trabzonspor if they manage to beat Fener in the Cup Final and then in the league to make Bursa champions instead of Fener.

Should be a great game to watch and great atmosphere by both set of fans. 22:45 Melb Kick off.

Great win for Trabzon, there goes one half of the double for us and hopefully we lose the other half (the league) so we sack our coach for next seasons champions league campaign, otherwise he'll still be in charge.

It's funny how half of Turkey was for Trabzon that day, it's sad really.. But as the Millwall fans say; everybody hates us WE FUCKING DONT CARE!

It's even more sad to see Galatasaray supporters to cheer for every other team we play, because they rely on others to beat us as they have no chance of doing it themselves..

besiktas and galatasaray are both a lot bigger than you, they've both played a lot more games in europe than your mob.

Yes Galatasaray have played more european games than us but I really doubt Besiktas have. Even if they did Intertoto is a defunct competiton nowadays.
