They do, just not on the shirts.

And GG, Norwood were awarded retailer of the year in the awards in America last week.

Haven't seen them play this season, but they've lost all three games.
5-2 to mercedes
2-0 to unley
8-3 to Rostrevor

Now Mercedes, Unley and Rostrevor are the better teams in the league, but those aren't good results...

Just remember that last season they were playing in a lower division; I saw them play once or twice before and I didn't think they were THAT good by div 1 standards, so I'm not so surprised by the results. But maybe they just need some time to adjust to the higher division.

Also, we'll have to wait and see how they do against some weaker div 1 teams as well ...

Heard someone scored a bomb from range for norwood, 8-3 though...

they'd wanna concede a few less goals against the weaker div 1 teams. 2-3 goals should be enough for a win in most games

Carnavarro scored his own bomb for Rostrevor as well, dipped in over the keepers head.

Norwood may just have to be content with a mid table finish this year and rebuild for the future.
Avoiding relegation should be there number one objective this year.

Why is this topic in this section when this league is run by the FFSA?

I don't really care and I'm not being a forum nazi, just interested in the reason.

It's still an amateur club playing in an amateur league. I don't think this forum is exclusive to the SAASL.

BIG game fro the redlegs today @ home vs Pembroke. Norwood will be looking for a long cup run this year after a poor start in the league and will welcome the return of talisman and on-field leader ANDY T!!!
