Enfield are currently seeking players for U12's, coached by Roger Ebert arguably one
of the best proven junior development coach's in this age group

Isnt he the guy who "parks" his 4 defenders 3/4's of the way down the pitch in a prefectly straight line, just outside their 18yard box, and they're not allowed to move any further up closer to the halfline, even when their own team has a corner.
I saw some of the kids shivering one day, trying to keep warm

I thought that was the guy from Croydon did he get the sack? Why is he at Enfield?
