NAPOLI VS JUVENTUS

Post by El Pibe D'Oro »

Did anyone watch it???

I DID. Double this year, 3-2 away now the beauty of the win in front of 70,000 this morning.

We had Ma-Gi-Ca (Maradona-Giordano-Careca)

Now we have Qua-Ham-La (Quagliarella-Hamsik-Lavezzi).

Hamsik showed super character after the penalty miss to play the way he did and I love that our number one striker Quaglia is Napuletane.

FORZA RAGAZZI.

In all seriousness, Juve were poor, I havent watched a lot of them, but i think they had one shot after they scored. They need a clean out.

hamsik definetely future captain and he knows it.

geez juve need some soul searching.

was so happy to see trez on the bench.

the robbery vs fiora would have put us 4th.

the robbery vs fiora was napoli 1st loss under lights like in 44 games!

if only we could play all our away games under lights at the san paolo!!!

now we meet a rejuvenated catania side at home. theyre away record not the best.

another 3 points at home and a positive result vs laziomerda is what we need.

i wonder if ciro managed to scrounge a ticket?

Ciro will always be welcome.

Viola match was the first loss under lights at home since 2004 - I think it was 70 odd games, thats what I thought I read the other day.

Never mind, now we move to Sunday vs Catania, very very improtant.

Unless there is a big clean out that number could grow.

Napoli goals.

Hamsik's 28th goal in 100 appearances. Not bad for a centre midfielder. I agree Mastiff, he is is the man to lead the team, 23 this year, 3 full seasons under his belt. They need to make him Captain next season.

Glad to see Hamsik, Lavezzi and Gargano agreed deals till 2015.

No disrespect, but Celtic and even Liverpool are not in the same "Superclub" status as Juve, according to their history.

I mean, when is the last time Liverpool won a domestic trophy

Seriously though, Juve need a major shake up at the end of the year. No less than 5-10 players must leave for fresh faces to come in. Also, management needs to be completely rejigged.

Imagine Lippi/Prandelli as coach, Marotta, Bettega, Moggi and Del Piero all sitting on high positions on the board. We can only dream.

Liverpool have a massive history of both European and domestic success.

Napoli did the double over Juve this season.

Even my Juve mates say we deserve it.

Almost as good as when Maradona scored a FK over the wall in the rain - think 86/87 at home.

Napoli we love you.

Yeah it was 86/87. We won 9 straight I think at the start of the season and went to Naples in the biggest match of the season and were done by that freekick.

Over the 2 games this season Napoli were certainly better, congrats to them. I wouldn't mind seeing them finish 4th one of these seasons - they are building a strong project and the CL is the next step to continuing that. But not this season though with Juve chasing it as well :P.

That was harsh. Still true.

Juve definitely needs a shake up after this season. Wonder what players they plan to sign before next campaign.
