The way my luck has been this year I really shouldn't step outside my house

Slack on my behalf for not calling you so I aplogies for that. Saw Spriggins @ Sportsmed last week and had a scan and nothing torn just twisted it and started to swell up straight away. Went for a run last night for the 1st time since I did it and had a light keeping session last night and feels all good.
