Derek Simpson went up for a ball against the florina keeper who was solid either punch I think it may have been knees in the back or he landed bad poor lad

Can anybody from Gully or Florina shed any light on this?
Just come back from seeing Derek in hospital, he is ok and walking around slowly, going home tonight, he went into a bit of shock which I think set a few triggers off in his back thus the pins and needles in his left side. Hope he has a quick recovery and is back training soon, which I think he will. Huge egg on his head from the elbow and probably a fair bit of bruising on his lower back from the knee. From where I was watching today thought the hit was a little unnecessary, as the whistle had already been blown for offside 4 seconds before it happened, but what can you do !!

Glad to hear he is ok, I absolutely hate hearing things like this.

Yeah...

C's 4-1 (I think) vale
B's 3-2 Vale
A's 5-3 Vale

All in all 3 pretty good matches. A's got a bit fiesty at times but it's good to see the boys playing with some passion.
3 penalties and a red card is only 'a bit fiesty'?
Vale just to big and strong the whole game, Inter need to find a bit of muscle.

Straight red for some push and shove... could and should have been handled better by everyone involved. None of the penalties were due to malice, more like poor timing and clumsy.

Yes you have completely proven me wrong by marginally winning a pre-season friendly. The fact that weeks later you feel the need to raise this point because my statement is still fresh on your mind just shows how much I got under your skin. Sorry if I hurt your feelings, however, if my comment continues to spur you on throughout the season and you get the results required for promotion then a simple thankyou, or maybe a few beers, will suffice.

An own goal to a forumite

MP's first goal was a cracker. (Was it a cross??)

MP couldn't get the back line happening, pity it was a blow-out, we had much closer games last season against each other.

Brahma have a great bunch of lads & I wish them well for the coming season.
